The RFOT-HDA is a probe attachment for the RFOT data logger. The device is built for use with hot dogs, sausages, and other small meat products. To use, simply slide the RFOT-HDA over the RFOT probe, then mount in place using two set screws. Next, insert a meat product through the o-ring onto the probe. The RFOT-HDA will guide the product into place, ensuring that the probe is inserted into the center of the product. Internal temperature can then be logged and analyzed using the RFOT data logger. The RFOT-HDA is also available in a smaller version called the RFOT-HDA-SM, which can be used with the RFOT-SMP (2.5" probe) data logger.

MadgeTech’s RFOT is the most advanced wireless temperature data logger in the meat industry today. The RFOT’s rugged design, equipped with a flexible piercing probe allows it to be used in the harshest environments. It is perfectly suited for smoke houses, ovens and other cooking processes up to 212°F (100°C) as well as refrigerators and freezers down to -4°F (-20°C). It is completely splash proof and can withstand wash down cycles. This state-of-the-art device records and transmits internal product temperature readings back to a central computer for instant real-time monitoring. The RFOT never needs to be connected to a computer as it has been designed for two way wireless communication. Full communication can be performed directly from a central PC. In addition to wirelessly transmitting data, the RFOT also stores each reading to internal memory for backup. This backup data may be retrieved wirelessly at a later time. MadgeTech’s easy to use software features user programmable critical control points, called “cooling flags” to assist in compliance with USDA Appendix B. The “cooling flags” are automatically annotated on the graph and tabular data views. The...

The RFCurrent2000A is a wireless data logger with display, designed to measure and record DC current signals. The data logger can connect directly to low-level DC current sources which makes it ideal for (PV) Photovoltaic research to monitor current sourced from solar cells over time, battery usage studies, energy monitoring studies and other DC current monitoring applications. The RFCurrent2000A can also be interfaced with a wide range of current output sensors such as flow meters, pH transmitters and more. Through the software, the device can be programmed with engineering units, which convert the current readings into a different unit of measure such as flow rate. The engineering unit is available for display on the LCD screen as well as in the software. The RFCurrent2000A is available in 20mA, 160mA or a 3A measurement range.   The RFCurrent2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics. The statistics can be reset through the keypad of the device, allowing customers to keep track of statistics over certain time periods. This feature does not erase the data recorded, but only resets the...

Splash proof wireless transceiver for the RFOT, Therm-A-Lert and RF2000A Series of Data Loggers. Includes MadgeTech Software, Software Manual, Quick Start Guide, USB to mini USB adapter and RFC1000-IP69K wireless transceiver. This new splash proof transceiver can be installed directly in the wash down location, ensuring 100% communication throughout the entire process. MadgeTech has gone through extensive testing to ensure that the new RFC1000-IP69K can withstand wash down cycles using caustic chemicals, making it ideal for harsh environments. This model includes a high powered transceiver with an IP69K ingress protection rating. The RFC1000-IP69K has a substantial transmit range, providing better performance in occluded environments such as ovens and refrigerators. This new The RFC1000-IP69K also includes an external antenna which is protected by a neoprene boot, allowing more flexibility with mounting positions in both orientation and proximity to metal walls. The RFC1000-IP69K is designed to communicate between MadgeTech’s two-way wireless data loggers and the MadgeTech software and can connect to a maximum of 64 data loggers.

MadgeTech's new RFC1000-CE is a powerful wireless receiver for use with the RFOT, Therm-A-lert and RF2000A Series of data loggers and is CE approved for the European market. The RFC1000-CE transmits to other RFC1000-CEs up to 2500 feet outdoors/line of sight, 700 feet typical indoors/urban. The RFC1000-CE transmits to data loggers up to 2000 feet outdoors/line of sight, 500 feet typical indoors/urban. Additional RFC1000-CEs can be used as repeaters to transmit greater distances. This new RFC1000-CE also includes an external antenna, allowing more flexibility with mounting positions in both orientation and proximity to metal walls. This may be used as a repeater, or directly plugged into the PC.

Wireless transceiver for the RFOT, Therm-A-Lert and RF2000A Series of Data Loggers. Includes MadgeTech Software, Software Manual, Quick Start Guide, USB to mini USB adapter and RFC1000 wireless transceiver. The new design includes a higher powered transceiver and a substantially longer transmit range, meaning better performance in all environments. This RFC1000 features a 7" pivoting external antenna, which increases the transmission distance and provides greater signal strength. The pivoting antenna also allows more flexibility with mounting orientation. The RFC1000 can be used as a repeater or plugged directly into your PC.
